Instructions for returning the vehicle in good condition.

 

In Solymar we think that a customer/company collaboration is an option, as it is very important to respect the order and cleanliness of a vehicle, as it passes through many hands, and they must contribute to the conservation of the vehicle. It is also very important to preserve the environment, such as the sand on the beach and the health of the workers, because if the vehicle is extremely dirty, they must use stronger products for a thorough cleaning.

We do not want them to waste time in leaving the car super clean, but to take care of the daily details, when the customer returns from the beach or the countryside. Try not to empty the beaches of sand and unload it on the vehicles, do not get into the vehicles with wet swimming costumes, as all the salt gets stuck on the upholstery (we can put the towel underneath without getting the seats wet) when they go with children, try not to dirty the upholstery with food, it can always be avoided, and that means that the customer gives his commitment to the vehicle.

 

Avoiding additional charges

 

If you return the vehicle in an extreme condition, additional charges may be applied to your rental:Cleaning charges: If the car requires more than the usual maintenance or a thorough cleaning because it was returned excessively dirty, you may be charged a cleaning fee as defined in our rental terms and conditions. The penalty is between €100 and €150.

Remember that smoking in the car is prohibited, as you contribute to the smells and dirt inside, the penalty is €50.

 

Special considerations for pets

 

-Use pet covers or pet carriers: Protect the seats from pet hair and dirt by using pet covers or pet carriers.

-Clean up after pets: Make sure you clean the car thoroughly before returning it, as some people are allergic to certain animals.

-Please note that pets are only allowed in rental cars where the owner has allowed pets in the car.

If the returned vehicle has pet hair on the upholstery and carpeting, you will be fined between €100 and €150.
